AIM’s Organisational Development Programmes are based on the point of view that an understanding of the individual’s uniqueness and cultivating it in the team and organisational context, inevitably increase organisational effectiveness. In AIM’s Individual Development Programmes clients are coached to cultivate a coherent self-awareness and guided to identify how to optimise returns for themselves and, by association, for their organisations through an intensive process of individual mentoring.
